Selling on Tapin is simple, secure, and rewarding—but we take marketplace integrity seriously. Make sure you review and follow these rules to maintain a trusted seller account. Violating these rules may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.
Listing Rules
1. Provide Accurate and Informative Listings
Clearly describe your product, including features, delivery details, account limitations, or anything the buyer should know. Avoid using exaggerations, false claims, or irrelevant text. Misleading information may lead to account suspension.
2. No Duplicate Listings
Avoid creating multiple listings for the same product. Instead, use the “Add Additional Account” feature to list multiple accounts under one offer.
3. No Misleading Titles or Descriptions
Do not include deceptive information like “Lifetime warranty” or “Full access” if it’s untrue. Honesty is key to maintaining trust with buyers.
4. Disclose Limitations Clearly
If an account has specific restrictions (e.g., region-locked in-game purchases), include this information in the listing.
5. No Listing Manipulation
Any attempt to manipulate your listing’s visibility, such as spamming keywords, is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension.
General Account Rules
1. Only Sell Full Access Accounts
Sellers must provide full account access, including email logins. Shared or rented accounts are not allowed.
2. Tapin SecureShield Protection Period
All accounts come with a 5–14 day protection period. During this time, if the account is not as described, becomes inaccessible, or is banned, the buyer will be eligible for a refund.
3. Account Recovery Prohibited
Sellers recovering accounts after a sale will face immediate and permanent suspension. Buyers are entitled to permanent ownership.
4. Seller Responsibility Beyond the Protection Period
If an issue arises after the protection period, Tapin may investigate, and sellers could still be held accountable for refunds or disputes.
5. Prohibition of Unauthorized Access
Once sold, the seller must not log into or recover the account unless requested by the buyer.
6. Illegal Accounts Are Not Allowed
Selling hacked, stolen, or otherwise illegally obtained accounts is strictly forbidden.
7. Instant Delivery Listings Must Be Accurate
Instant delivery accounts must include accurate and complete account details to ensure buyers can access their purchase immediately.
8. Use Recognized Email Domains
For security, we recommend using email providers like Gmail, Outlook, or Yahoo for account logins. If using another provider, ensure it’s secure and provide buyers with the login link.
Game-Specific Rules
Fortnite:
• Clearly state which platforms the account can be linked to (e.g., Xbox, Playstation, PC).
• Inform buyers about risks (e.g., advising not to contact Epic Games support).
• If the email cannot be changed immediately, disclose this in the listing and provide access to the linked email.
Valorant:
• List accounts in the correct rank category (e.g., Iron accounts under Iron).
• Ranks must reflect the current season.
• Accounts leveled with cheats or illegal software are prohibited.
GTA 5:
• Specify the platform (e.g., Rockstar, PS5, Epic Games).
• Mention the game version (e.g., Expanded and Enhanced).
• If selling FiveM accounts, inform buyers that GTA 5 is required.
OSRS and RS3:
• Provide recovery information like recovery questions, original email, and old passwords.
• Disclose bans, offenses, or any risky activity in the account description.
Call of Duty:
• Clearly specify the game version and platforms the account is linked to.
• Unlink unnecessary login methods and provide full access to existing linked accounts.
League of Legends:
• Accounts must be listed in the correct rank category.
• Ensure ranks reflect the current season.
• Disclose any offenses made on the account.
• Accounts with offensive usernames cannot be sold.
