Selling on Tapin is your opportunity to connect with gamers worldwide—but we’re serious about keeping our marketplace safe and trustworthy. Breaking these rules can lead to your account being suspended or permanently banned. Review these guidelines carefully to avoid penalties and ensure smooth transactions.

Order Delivery Guidelines

1. Deliver on Time

Ensure all orders are delivered within the guaranteed time frame. Frequent delays or failures to deliver may result in the removal of your listings.

2. Late or Partial Deliveries

If you anticipate a delay or need to deliver an incomplete order, get the buyer’s approval first. Late or partial deliveries without agreement can result in the buyer receiving a full refund.

3. Mark Orders as Delivered Only When Complete

Marking an order as delivered prematurely—whether undelivered or incomplete—can make buyers eligible for a full refund if a dispute arises.

Prohibited Practices

1. No Scamming or Fraud

Any attempts to defraud buyers will lead to permanent suspension. Tapin enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy for scams.

2. Keep Communication on Tapin

All communication with buyers must remain within Tapin’s messaging system. Sharing external contact details like Discord or Skype is prohibited, except for boosting orders where voice chat may be necessary.

3. No Advertising

Sellers cannot promote other websites, personal shops, or unrelated marketplaces within Tapin’s platform.

4. External Payments Are Forbidden

All payments must be processed through Tapin. Discussions or arrangements for external payment methods are strictly prohibited.

5. Be Respectful

Treat buyers with professionalism and respect at all times. Foul language, threats, or harassment will not be tolerated, even during disputes.

Dispute Handling

1. Quick Response is Required

Accounts/Boosting Orders: Respond within 12 hours with proof or a solution.

Currency/Item Orders: Upload proof within 2 hours of delivery. Failure to respond promptly may result in a refund being issued to the buyer.

2. Pending Deliveries

Provide proof of delivery immediately after completing the transaction to avoid disputes.

Feedback and Marketplace Integrity

1. Respect Buyer Feedback

Feedback is critical to maintaining trust in the marketplace. Manipulating or disputing fair feedback is not allowed.

2. Respect Other Sellers

Do not demean or slander other sellers. Professionalism is key to fostering a healthy marketplace environment.

Marketplace Guidelines

1. Funds Held for Scams

If you’re found guilty of scamming, your funds may be held for up to 30 days to repay affected buyers.

2. No Randomized Listings

Lottery-style offers (e.g., “50% chance to win a rare skin”) are prohibited.

3. Original Listings Only

Do not copy other sellers’ product descriptions. Your offers should include clear and original details.

4. Realistic Pricing

Unrealistic or misleading prices are not allowed.

5. Correct Categories

Ensure all listings are placed in the correct game and category.

Seller Requirements

1. Age Restriction

Sellers must be at least 18 years old.

2. One Account Per Seller

Using multiple accounts is prohibited unless authorized by Tapin. If you work with a team, you can share login details for one account.

Improving Your Listings

1. Keep Descriptions Clear

Offer titles and descriptions should be concise, relevant, and easy to understand. Avoid unnecessary details.

2. No Copyrighted Images

Do not use copyrighted content from game developers in your profile or offers.
